Conference is a green event, so as much as less paper will be used and poster presentations will be exhibited in 40 inch electronic poster boards in the conference center as well as in e poster hall via our web page.

Posters need to be prepared in PowerPoint presentation or any other poster program in 50x90 cm (width x length) dimensions and then saved in JPEG format (1080x1920 pixels) and you need to send your posters as jpeg format to conference e-mail sunconf25@gmail.com until November 10th.

The best posters presented by students will be selected and be awarded. 

Our Congress Abstract and Full paper Proceeding Book will be published CAB Abstracts after the congress.

Each participant could join up to two papers with one paid participation fee.

The congress is an international congress and is suitable Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK) criteria both for Associated Professor and also Academic Promotions for Turkish academicians. 

The conference presentation language is English

The online poster discussion will be also available for poster participants at our web site online links and please send any question to poster owner at the chat by Microsoft Teams then they could answer later when they read. Therefore, there will be no specific poster presentation for each poster.
